Part of our mission statement is, "to be active, loving participants in both the local and global community who spread the Gospel message of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit." We try to accomplish this through the serving in the following capacities:
Family Day - We've become known in the area to host Road Hockey & Hot Dog Day every year in February. It's a fun event where all ages gather to either play, watch or just eat and visit! We look forward to huddling around the fires and getting to know our community better.
Hymn Sing - Every month we have the opportunity to provide a Hymn Sing-Along service for our friends at the Chemainus Healthcare Centre. Our team shows love to the residents and staff by leading hymns, reading scripture and spending time with them.
Chemainus Parade - Keep your eye out for Calvary Baptist’s float in the Chemainus Fest Parade held in June! Please come by the Info Centre to find out how you can be involved.
