We have two leadership teams that oversee our church family. The Elders oversee the spiritual aspect and the Management Team is responsible for guiding us in ministries and administration.
Elders
In recognition of the distinction between the spiritual and administrative stewardship of the church, the position of Elder at Calvary Baptist, Chemainus is to guard our theological integrity and to provide spiritual oversight to the church. An Elder is a man who is recognized as a mature Christ follower and who, upon request, commits to help carry the mantle of guardianship and spiritual stewardship of the church. An Elder is a Godly overseer who is entrusted to speak into the spiritual, theological, and ministry life of our members.

Management Team
The Management Team is made up of Deacons who are responsible for the administrative business of the church, which includes finances and assets. We are blessed to have leaders who guide the congregation in pursuing the Church vision through a variety of ministries.
